At first it was a little tight
in the toe area, but after a couple of wears it is perfect
now. Love the sandal! I like this shoe. It not one of my
favorites but pretty nice. I am really picky about my shoes
feeling perfect. I especially like the soft pads under the
balls of my feet. They are fairly flat and that is what I
wanted. I was looking for a huarache type sandal and couldn't
find one in any of the local shoe stores. I have never bought
shoes online before, but with the free return policy, I
decided to try. I ordered the natural in 8.5W and the denim in
8.5M. The denim was too narrow, but the natural fit fine (I'm
not normally a wide). I took them for a week's vacation in the
Caribbean without breaking them in and had no problems. They
were very comfortable.
I bought the shoes to wear with
long skirts. I have worn them everyday since they arrived.
They are like wearing slippers. The sling back strap is secure
and there is enough arch support to make them comfortable for
a long day of walking (Think Vegas Strip). Called and wrote to
several companies that carried this shoe, but none offered it
in black. I have a pair of white ones that I've had for
several years. Love these sandals. |
