I have two particulars about my
shoe requirements. The look and the feel. I had to have a
closed toe and it had to be white with and elevation in the
heel. The shoe could not cut across my bunions and had to give
me good ache support. I have never bought shoes on line or
from a catalog. I bought solely on looks and was very
satisfied. The minute I put them on there was a feeling of
comfort. After wearing these shoes every other day for a week
I can say they are the most comfortable shoe in my closet, and
I have a lot of shoes. I have spring in my step when I wear
these shoes. Usually
love Softspot brand shoes and have never had problem before. I
found these to be too narrow, although I ordered a wide size.
I hoped they would stretch out a bit, but find that they
really "squish my toes". I wish I had returned them. I have
had difficulty finding closed toe casual white shoes, which
are business-like, for work. I found this shoe, but I think
the sizing is inaccurate by a 1/2 size. I have been using this
style shoe, the 'Stephanie' for many, many years. I am not an
Imelda Marcus when it comes to shoes. I want one that is
comfortable (did I just sound like my mother???) and one that
looks and wears well. This shoe does it each and every time! |
