I purchased this style of shoe
(have to buy two sizes for two different sized feet) because
my right foot was badly injured in a car accident and I need
the support and comfort to walk. I enjoy the comfort and fit
of this shoe. After having had 3 surgeries on my foot, I am
limited to the styles I can wear, and this helps tremendously.
My 80-year old mother likes the comfort and fit of these
shoes. She says that they do not feel heavy, yet has good
support. I plan to buy another pair for her in a different
color. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs and Softspots are
the most comfortable shoes I have found. I regret that I did
not order a narrower width. My first order was for an 11N and
it wasn't comfortable. The 11 1/2 is perfect in length but I
ordered it in a medium width and feel with the extra length
the narrow would have been a better fit. But I am wearing them
and appeciating them. The exchange in sizes was done in
excellent time. I wish that more of your shoes came in an 11
1/2 because 12 is just too big and my foot slides forward in
it. I purchased this
shoe for my elderly mom who still does quite a bit of walking
(church, grocery, yard work). She has always had a difficult
time finding a soft, comfortable shoe with a little style and
not a sneaker. This was perfect! She loves the style, she has
occassional swelling in her ankles and the shoe is still very
comfortable. Wears this shoe: My mom wears this shoe to
